These Terms & Conditions are administered on behalf of Gym 99 LLC \/
trading as Gym 99. References to \u2018we\u2019, \u2018us\u2019 and \u2018our\u2019 are references to
the Gym 99 LLC \/ trading as Gym 99, registered in the UAE, and whose
registered office is at, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
 
References to \u2018you\u2019, \u2018your\u2019 and \u2018yours\u2019, and after acceptance, the member,
are references to the individual completing the membership application
form.
 
You must be between 13 and 15 years of age and be under the direct
supervision of a parent\/guardian or a Gym 99 Personal Trainer. Children of
16 years of age or above will have normal individual access permitted.
 
If you are under the age of 18, you will not able to register on our website –
your registration must be done in person at our reception.<\/p>

PRINCIPLE TERMS
 <\/p>

  1. This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance of
    our Terms and Conditions in the declaration section of the web sign-up
    process and clicked the JOIN NOW button.<\/li>\n\n
  2. All new memberships are subject to the approval of the management.
    The management reserves the right to reject an application for
    membership to the Gym for any reason whatsoever, in their absolute
    discretion.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Your membership starts immediately (or when the Gym opens in the case
    of a pre-sale membership).<\/li>\n\n
  4. This agreement will become binding on you and us and you will be
    entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of
    Membership chosen.<\/li>\n\n
  5. You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.<\/li>\n\n
  6. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the Terms &
    Conditions, without regards to conflict of laws principles. All disputes
    arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of
    competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.<\/li>\n\n
  7. The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Gym 99 controls
    this site from the U.A.E. If you use this site from other locations you are
    responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use,
    export or re-export any materials from this site in violation of any
    applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E
